At DTSpade, Jeremiah is dedicated to helping the team in any way possible, contributing to strategic real estate planning, ensuring each client's business objectives are met with precision and foresight. The competencies he honed include identifying investment opportunities, understanding the underwriting process, and assisting with property acquisitions and developments, which are instrumental in guiding clients through real estate transactions.

Previously, as the founder and operator of Bulldogs Pressure Washing LLC during college, Jeremiah demonstrated entrepreneurial skills and leadership. He also interned at Southwood Development, where he assisted in identifying industrial and raw land investment opportunities across the Sunbelt Region, gaining crucial knowledge in property investment and operations. After earning his real estate license in 2024, he joined DTSpade, bringing his diverse experience and dedication to the team.

Jeremiah believes that continuous hard work and persistence will open countless doors in the future. He holds a Finance degree from the University of Georgia with a certificate of entrepreneurship and has been recognized with the Vic Pryles Memorial Scholarship and the Catamount Club Scholarship.

When Jeremiah is not busy with his great work at DTSpade, he enjoys golfing, playing guitar, playing tennis, or fly fishing.
