Will completed his BBA in Real Estate at Georgia State University in 2020. After graduation, he accepted a position with Perimeter Commercial Real Estate, a locally owned brokerage service company. There Will focused on prospecting for clients and handling assignments for the acquisition and dispositions of office and industrial properties, and successfully transacted over five million dollars in volume.

Soon thereafter, Will was recruited to DTSpade in late 2020 to work directly with Bryant Cornett, president of DTSpade, with whom he had worked as an intern during his time at Georgia State. Together they served private equity backed clients and assisted them with market analysis, financial analysis, and lease negotiations on assignments in multiple markets throughout the United States. In 2021 alone, Will helped complete 40 lease/ purchase transactions with a valuation of over $43 million.

In 2022, Will was promoted to his current position of Senior Brokerage Partner where he continues to represent office and retail tenants while expanding his book of business to include investor and landlord services. Will has been accepted into Georgia State’s Master of Science in Commercial Real Estate program where he will further his advanced studies in the Fall of 2023.
