What You'll Do
You'll advise business owners, investors, developers, healthcare providers, municipalities, and organizations on commercial real estate decisions that shape businesses, strengthen communities, and create lasting value. Responsibilities include:
- Prospecting and developing new client relationships
- Winning exclusive listing and tenant representation assignments
- Negotiating leases and sales
- Managing transactions from first conversation through closing
- Building a long-term book of business
- Becoming a trusted advisor within your chosen specialty
