Since 1989, Bill has represented a variety of investors and tenants and completed more than five hundred commercial office, medical office, and retail lease transactions in addition to working as an acquisitions director and asset manager for a portfolio of office, retail, and industrial properties. Bill is a licensed broker in Georgia, North Carolina, and South Carolina, and has represented tenants in other markets as well.

In 1995, Bill was promoted to Regional Vice President and relocated to Atlanta, Georgia where he spearheaded the Company’s expansion into the Southeast, securing additional clients such as Parkway Properties, The Gaedeke Group/ Hypoveriensbank, and The Simpson Organization. The company was sold to California based Kennedy-Wilson Properties in 1999 and Bill continued to serve as its regional director until 2001.

In 2001, Bill successfully transitioned his client base to PM Realty Group’s Atlanta office, where he served as Vice President of Leasing and handled a portfolio of 1.5 million square feet of project leasing assignments in Atlanta until 2005. Since 2005, Bill has continued to assist investors, tenants, and local developers with making informed real estate decisions that best fit their needs.
