Samuel arrived a DTSpade by way of 24 years of military service managing military medical property and military medical construction. His 19 years of property and construction management for large healthcare systems such as Grady Health System in Atlanta, Cook County Health System in Chicago, Illinois, and Children’s Healthcare in Seattle, Washington, consisted of numerous lease negotiations, request for proposals, regulatory compliance surveys, and green field construction and renovation projects.

Samuel believes there is strength in our service and we should all serve. At DTSpade, Samuel will focus on continuing to help healthcare systems both large and small to meet the challenges of an ever changing healthcare landscape.

When Samuel is not thoroughly engaged in real estate endeavors, he is traveling with his wife, spending time with his three grand-children, or cooking everything from white bean chili to seafood gumbo.
