Tracey arrived at DTSpade by way of spending 10 years in finance and accounting at Solvay Pharmaceuticals. Then devoting the next 20 years to raising her daughter and son, while at the same time spending many hours volunteering and working on the staff at her church. Planning and organizing come naturally to her, so of course she has directed camps, mission trips and events - small and large.

At DTSpade, Tracey’s great work is keeping the trains running on time, although she won’t admit it most of the time. She may not be wheeling and dealing commercial real estate, but she can do just about everything else (or find someone who can).
