Trey Parrish is a Senior Brokerage Partner at Dudley Thomas Spade, where he represents office occupiers in lease renewals, relocations, and strategic acquisitions.

He began his career at DTSpade as a Transaction Analyst, supporting firm leadership in lease analysis, market research, financial comparisons, property tours, and negotiation strategy. That foundation gave him a practical understanding of deal structure and how to create leverage on behalf of clients.

Today, Trey advises companies on occupancy decisions that impact both operations and long-term business objectives. Clients value his preparation, responsiveness, and steady presence throughout the transaction process.

He studied Performing Arts at Savannah College of Art and Design before entering commercial real estate, sharpening the communication skills and composure that serve him in high-stakes negotiations. Trey lives in Atlanta with his wife, Sarah.
