At DTSpade, Trey Parrish supports the brokers as a transaction analyst while training to become a broker himself. His career has been defined by a commitment to excellence and a drive to continuously learn and grow in the commercial real estate industry. Trey leverages his diverse background and customer-focused approach to deliver outstanding results for his clients, making him a valuable asset in the real estate market.

Previously, Trey Parrish demonstrated strong leadership skills as a Team Leader at Parrish Lawncare during his college summers, gaining hands-on experience in operations management and team coordination. He then transitioned to a role as a Retail Sales Consultant at AT&T, where he excelled in assisting clients with their product needs. His exceptional sales acumen earned him recognition as one of the top salesmen, highlighting his dedication to customer service and his ability to exceed sales targets.

Trey Parrish believes in not being afraid to ask questions when you don’t know the answer. He holds a BFA degree in Performing Arts from Savannah College of Art and Design, where he was part of the 2022 Musical Theatre Showcase. He also came close to making it onto the live auditions of American Idol, demonstrating his talent and passion for performance.

When Trey comes down from his great work at DTSpade, he loves exploring new places through travel, playing and singing his favorite songs on the guitar, and hitting the water for some wakeboarding fun. To Trey, returning to the “perfection of creation” means spending quality time with family and friends, disconnecting from everything, and living fully in the moment. Being present with loved ones brings him a profound sense of peace and fulfillment.
