At DTSpade, Valeria serves as a Transactional Manager, guiding multiple clients through the critical process of buying or leasing commercial properties. With a focus on personalized service and strategic support, she ensures each client receives the highest level of care as they make important business decisions. Valeria’s dedication to excellence and her passion for real estate shine through in every interaction.

Before joining DTSpade, Valeria began carving her own path in real estate. A first-generation American originally from Peru, she was raised in a traditional household that emphasized education and career growth. Valeria self-financed her college education and graduated debt-free from Stockton University, where she made the Dean’s List. At just 23, she purchased her first rental property and later partnered on a ground-up multi-family development project in Atlanta near Mercedes-Benz Stadium. She is currently working on her first property flip, with plans to complete two flips this year.

Valeria looks forward to her continued growth in the real estate industry, and is passionate about expanding access to the field—particularly within the Hispanic community. She aims to foster greater inclusion by educating and empowering others to understand and thrive in commercial real estate.

When Valeria is not busy with great work at DTSpade, she’s spending time with family and friends, making memories that last. To her, “home” is wherever her family is—but if she had to pick one place, it would be back in Peru, surrounded by the people and culture that shaped her.
