Amber Mann, Georgia Licensed Real Estate Broker, is a Commercial Real Estate Broker at DTSpade specializing in commercial development, site selection, land entitlement, economic development, and tenant and owner representation throughout Metro Atlanta and surrounding markets. With more than five years of experience in commercial real estate and development, Amber partners with developers, investors, municipalities, landlords, and business owners to acquire, develop, lease, and reposition commercial assets while creating long-term value for the communities they serve.

Prior to joining DTSpade, Amber served as Real Estate Director and Director of Development & Project Management for Land Ventures LLC, where she managed multimillion-dollar commercial and mixed-use development projects from acquisition through construction. She has also represented tenants and developers, led site selection initiatives, managed entitlement and permitting processes, and collaborated with municipal leaders to secure zoning approvals, incentives, and strategic partnerships. Amber contributed to the 2025 Union City Comprehensive Land Use Code Update, helping shape policies that encourage sustainable growth and business investment.

At DTSpade, Amber combines market expertise with a practical, solutions-oriented approach to help clients navigate complex real estate decisions with confidence. Her background in economic development, public-private partnerships, and commercial brokerage enables her to identify opportunities that align business objectives with community growth.

Outside of work, Amber enjoys supporting community development initiatives, exploring emerging commercial corridors, and mentoring entrepreneurs and business owners interested in real estate investment and economic development.
