Brett arrived at DTSpade by way of a passion for real estate, while helping organizations and communities grow. At DTSpade, Brett utilizes tip of the spear data, mapping and financial analytics to help his clients make better real estate decisions. Brett advises Industrial users, Landowners, Developers through site selection, lease and purchase negotiations, feasibility and due diligence.

Brett and his family live in Newnan, Georgia. Brett is an avid outdoorsman and enjoys all things outdoors and competition. From skiing to golf to bird hunting, Brett is constantly active. You can also find Brett faithfully serving at Go Church, the First Tee of Atlanta, Founder- Newnan Christian Men's golf league and volunteering in the community.
