His expertise extends to leveraging market intelligence in real estate to inform and support client decisions. The success was achieved through crafted sales strategies and understanding market conditions and property values, which increased occupancy rates. This is a testament to Jerome’s dedication and commitment to delivering outcomes that advance his client's long-term success. His previous clients include Prep Kitchens and RMA American Realty LP, where he was part of a team representing Sagard on the 11.5-year lease to Blue Cross Blue Shield, totaling 134,707 square feet in Houston, TX.

Jerome received a Bachelor’s degree from Clark Atlanta University with a concentration in Mass Communications, an M.B.A. in Marketing, and a Master’s degree in Real Estate Development from Georgetown University, and is a member of Urban Land Institute.
