To Jon-Paul, Homecoming is a world where each day he can be a valuable resource for others and spend time with his family.

 Jon-Paul Croom joined DTSpade following a twenty-five–year career in healthcare leadership. Over the past two decades, he has served as both COO and CEO for multiple hospitals across three states. From 2017–2025, Croom was President of Wellstar North Fulton Medical Center, a Level II Trauma Center and Comprehensive Stroke Center in Roswell, Georgia.

Earlier in his career, he held leadership roles with Tenet Healthcare and Community Health Systems, guiding both community hospitals and tertiary referral centers. Across each organization, Croom built strong physician partnerships, developed new services, improved quality and patient experience, and worked closely with civic and business leaders to support the health and growth of the communities he served.

Great work for Jon-Paul at DTSpade means putting his years of hospital leadership to work on behalf of physicians and healthcare organizations. This means solving problems, advocating for clients, and helping them secure spaces that make care easier, smarter, and more patient-centered. It’s about listening first, building trust, and delivering results that support both the business of healthcare and the people it serves.

When he’s not working, Jon-Paul is usually cheering on his children at rowing regattas and traveling with his family to support their teams. A longtime photography enthusiast, he enjoys capturing moments from the places they visit and the people they meet. He also plays pickleball with friends, volunteers with several community organizations, and is an active member of Roswell Presbyterian Church. Traveling together as a family remains one of his favorite ways to spend time and create memories.

Jon-Paul holds a Master of Science in Health Administration and an MBA from the University of Alabama at Birmingham, along with a Bachelor’s degree in History from Mercer University. He is a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives and is a past-president of the Georgia Chapter of ACHE.

Over the course of his leadership career, hospitals under his direction earned statewide and national recognition — including Top 100 “Best in Value Hospital” honors and placement on the Georgia Hospital Association Chairman’s Honor Roll. In 2025, Jon-Paul was also honored with the Above & Beyond Award by Roswell Economic Development & Tourism (Roswell Inc) for his service and community leadership.
