Matt arrived at DTSpade after several years of working as a business consultant and brand sherpa. As the founder of NEON, a boutique consulting practice based in Atlanta, Matt worked with leaders from all over North America to refine their brands, deepen customer engagement, and scale their businesses in authentic ways. Prior to NEON, he worked for a private consulting firm where he assisted in the management of a portfolio of over 120 C-level executives of Fortune 500 multinational organizations. Matt has been able to facilitate collaboration, conversation, and counsel on the topics most crucial to leading, transforming, and growing modern enterprises and brands.

As the Brand & Growth Partner, Matt is the front line and voice for DTSpade, ensuring everything we send out into the world is an excellent representation of our brand, mission, and vision. His role touches all verticals of the organization and includes everything from print to digital, eblasts to events, and social media to trade shows.
