Ollie arrived at DTSpade with five years of commercial real estate experience specializing in retail and restaurant spaces, she transitioned to DTSpade after a successful career in residential brokerage to better serve her clients and community. Prior to her career in real estate, Ms. Guthrie worked in Information Technology within the financial industry, supporting top executives and managing complex technical initiatives. This experience honed her professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail — qualities she now leverages to provide grade-A service to every client she represents.

At DTSpade, Ms. Guthrie combines her hospitality background, strong negotiation skills, and operational insight with DTSpade’s data-driven market analysis and specialized brokerage expertise. Her approach bridges the gap between strategic planning and real-world execution, helping her clients secure spaces that meet both their business needs and growth goals.

Ms. Guthrie holds a B.A. from Valdosta State University. She is an active member of the parent association at her children’s school and a committed professional dedicated to serving both her clients and her community. When she is not working deals, Ms. Guthrie enjoys traveling, spending time with her three children, fitness training, and developing new personal and professional projects.
