At DTSpade, Ryan conducts research on commercial real estate opportunities and supports brokerage and development strategy. Leveraging a strong academic foundation and hands-on experience in market research, underwriting, and site acquisition, Ryan provides data-driven insights that help clients make confident, strategic decisions. His passion for real estate and commitment to excellence make him a valuable contributor to the team and a trusted resource for clients navigating complex transactions.

Before joining DTSpade, Ryan worked at RangeWater Real Estate, where he gained experience in market analysis and investment strategy. His exposure to real estate from an early age—growing up in a family of real estate professionals—shaped his drive to make a meaningful impact through thoughtful development and strategic investments. He also earned his real estate license to further deepen his expertise in the field.

Ryan looks forward to collaborating with a dynamic team to deliver smart, client-centered solutions. He holds a degree in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania and a Master’s in Real Estate Development from Georgia Tech. A former student-athlete, he played football for four years at Penn and one year at Georgia Tech, where he developed the discipline and team mindset that now fuel his professional work.

When Ryan is not busy with great work at DTSpade, he enjoys fishing, golfing, playing video games, and watching movies and TV shows. To Ryan, returning to the “perfection of creation” means building something from the ground up—bringing concepts to life and making a tangible impact in the city he knows and loves.
